An intimate dinner with Franco Massolino, 4th Generation winery owner and wine maker. 

Massolino Winery was established in 1896 by Giovanni Massolino. Located in the Langhe area of Piedmont, they have been making great wine for four generations. Giovanni’s son Giuseppe built the winery in Serralunga d’Alba, one of the most important villages in the production of Barolo DOCG. Giovanni and his brother Renato, who shared responsibilities, acquired some of the most prestigious cru vineyard sites in Serralunga d’Alba. Franco Massolino is the fourth generation of his family to make wine in the Piedmontese village of Serralunga, but the first to train formally as an oenologist. 

Chef Medi will be creating a six course tasting menu to pair with these amazing wines from one of the greatest wine regions in the world. Six dishes, seven wines and the opportunity to meet Franco Massolino.
